Weddings
I find weddings to be my most enjoyable photography experiences. I have a photojournalistic approach with a touch of fashion style photography that yield portrait like results. I'm everywhere trying to absorb all the elements of every moment, every person, and every intricate detail throughout the day. There is so much thought put into a wedding having been planned out for months. And I want to be sure I capture each facet and render its genuine beauty. There is such an abundance of emotion to capture during such an event. I like to emphasize that in my compositions. The love that radiates from the Bride and Groom seem to envelope the mood. I love the opportunity to make the day's events timeless, just as they unfold as well as creatively portray the feelings the couple has for one another.

There is an intriguing energy about this age for portraiture. I have a great time working with these young adults. They are so full of life & have a strong awareness of themselves. They love the opportunity of having thier own professional private photo shoot & the fashion model style images that I love to create for them.The spunk & personality they freely exhibit can't help but inspire the imagery amidst the fun. Families & Children
Photographing families & children, especially outdoors & in their own element brings out their personality's unlike any studio set-up. They have so much personality to offer & when you break out a camera, they just seem to come alive. I encourage parents interaction with them, so I may capture those timeless moments of connection, laughter, & fun for them to cherish. I like to engage the kids in what interests them & turn them loose. At times they are guided or arranged, but soon they are in their element & completely themselves, so I just let my shutter fly. Childhood is so fleeting, I love the opportunity to capture it through all the varying stages of the journey.
